shoppers on the rue de levis, 17eme

I miss the people of Paris, the food, the sounds, the metro.  I miss being with my girls.  I’m home to work and rain, endless rain.  It probably doesn’t help matters that it was warm and sunny the whole time we were in Paris and here at home it’s been wet, cold and dreary.

But soon the girls will be home from their travels.  All my kids will have commencement and convocation ceremonies in the next few weeks, and it’s on to planning our next trips.

I don’t want it to sound like, from my last post and our encounter with airport security, that the people of Paris were not friendly.  They were so delightful, helpful, patient and made the trip extra special.  I can’t say enough good things about Parisians…and in my next life I want to come back as one.
